As a broker, SAA Logistics, Inc is only responsible for making arrangements for the shipment and assumes no liability as a carrier, for loss or damage to a shipment.  The carrier hired by SAA Logistics, Inc. is liable for loss or damage of this shipment.  Any claims for loss or damage filed with SAA Logistics, Inc will be forwarded to the responsible carrier for disposition.  Any liability of the carrier of SAA Logistics, Inc (if SAA Logistics, Inc is deemed liable) for loss or damage to a shipment shall be limited to the maximum limitation of liability allowed under the tariffs or other terms and conditions established by the carrier hired by SAA Logistics, Inc which are available upon request.  SAA Logistics, Inc does offer additional insurance options for shippers requesting insurance coverage exceeding the carriers maximum liability at an additional charge.***
